Design and industrialization
We design jewellery collections starting from our customer’s drawing through the use of advanced CAD softwares.
The implemented technologies and the know-how of our goldsmith masters enable us to create high quality artifacts by saving time and cost production.
Prototyping
Thanks to the use of innovative 3D printers we design wax and resin models, which allow us obtaining metal prototypes in a very short amount of time.
Casting
We are able to cast gold in different alloys, even with palladium, and platinum which has been representing one of our stenghts for twenty years.
We simulate the melting of metal and study proper solutions to reduce casting defects.
Metal title analysis
We have been checking the metal title through X-ray spectrometers for more than 15 years.
Production
We carry out all production phases internally: starting from wax making, casting, artifacts 3D printing, grooving, tumbling, assembling, traditional and laser welding, stone setting, engraving, finishing, polishing and rhodium plating.
The strict quality control handled during all phases, especially during the final stage of production, guarantees high quality jewels.
Platinum processing is BIG BAG’s pride, since it is casted and processed internally.
Stones selection
We select precious stones for our customers, by checking their authenticity and by addressing reliable stone cutters for the purchasing and their readjustment on the basis of our drawings.
